When women support each other incredible things happen. I’m truly filled with so much gratitude and love that I got to meet the most amazing ladies, I will never forget this magical experience from traveling alone, yoga on the beach at sunrise to mindful meditation and workshops. I learned so much and had so many laughs along the way. I met long life friends & cheerleaders in all the rest of the beautiful ladies. I left Ireland as a caterpillar and I return as a butterfly.
